All delivery times quoted are for working days which exclude Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and all shipments are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the relevant carrier. No claim for liability or consequential loss can be accepted against the late delivery of a parcel.

We're committed to selling high-quality products which we hope you'll enjoy using. There may however be an occasion when you may need to return your purchase In the event you do wish to return a product, please visit www.customerreturns.co.uk to ensure your return is dealt with in the best possible way.
I do not wish to keep my item – it is not faulty…
Should you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item within 30 days of delivery, please notify us by visiting our Returns Request page and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. We are happy to refund most items, providing the product is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:
- Products we can't resell for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped.
- We may restrict the exchange of CD's, DVD's and computer software to the same title.
- Flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled
Please Note: In this event you are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your own cost and risk.
My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery…
If your item develops a fault with 30 days of delivery, please notify us by visiting our Returns Request page and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.
Subject to inspection & confirmation of being faulty, we will offer a full refund including postage costs. The refund will be actioned once the original product has been recieved back to our returns department for assessment and verification of the fault.
Items returned to us via collection or pre-paid label will take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment. Please note that it can take 30 days for any refund given to be shown in your account.
Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.
The fault has developed after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery…
If your item develops a fault after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery, please notify us by visiting our Returns Request page and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty after 30 days but within 12 months of delivery, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.
Subject to inspection & confirmation of being faulty the product will be sent to our technicians for repair. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a refund including postage costs. The 12 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase. Please note, If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
